Epidurals can cause injuries during delivery

North Carolina women due to give birth may be aware that recently, the Food and Drug Administration warned that serious complications could result from epidural steroid injections. Almost immediately, the American Society of Anesthesiologists quickly refuted the agency's cautionary words and called the procedure "one of the most effective, safest and widely used forms of pain management for women in labor."

Firetruck crash in North Carolina leads to two suspensions

Two firefighters from the Charlotte Fire Department in North Carolina have been suspended, according to the department itself, after a truck that they were in flipped over and crashed. The crash happened around 8:30 a.m., near the intersection where Bridgehampton Road and Ardrey Kell meet.

Pregnant lady injured in truck crash on North Carolina interstate

A serious crash on 1-85 in North Carolina involved both a tanker truck and a pregnant woman. Multiple vehicles were involved in the crash, and it shut down the interstate for hours before the emergency crews could get it back open again. It finally opened in the evening on June 4th.
