M. Justin Holoman is the youngest partner at Daniel Pleasant Holoman LLP. Since graduating from the Campbell University School of Law in 2012, Mr. Holoman has dedicated himself to helping clients that have suffered personal injuries, predominantly in the medical malpractice arena. Mr. Holoman primarily focuses on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, including medical malpractice, birth injury, and brain injury cases, and has significant experience with medical jury trials. Recently Mr. Pleasant and Mr. Holoman secured the highest jury verdict in the history of Ashe County, North Carolina for a medical malpractice trial. He is licensed in North Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee.
