Licensed in North Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, and Tennessee, Thomas W. Pleasant focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, primarily in the medical and nursing home negligence arena, including birth and brain injury cases.

Mr. Pleasant holds a Lexis Martindale-Hubbell "AV Preeminent" peer rating, bestowed by his colleagues, judges who have presided over his trials, and adversary attorneys representing some of the largest health care providers in the nation.
